Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy is effective immediately upon publication.
1. General Order Cancellation Rules
All service cancellation requests should be submitted in written form via official email for accurate record keeping. To ensure fair resource arrangement, cancellation eligibility is assessed based on the number of days prior to the confirmed construction date:- Cancellation submitted 7 or more full calendar days before the scheduled service date: Eligible for full payment review.
- Cancellation submitted 3 to 6 calendar days before the scheduled service date: Partial fees may apply to cover preliminary project preparation and resource reservation costs.
- Cancellation submitted less than 3 calendar days before the scheduled service date: Limited payment adjustment availability, as labour scheduling, material preparation and site arrangement have already been initiated.
2. Payment Adjustment Eligibility
We review payment adjustment applications fairly and reasonably. Payment adjustments are primarily applicable to scenarios caused by company operational factors. Typical eligible circumstances include:- Confirmed internal scheduling issues that prevent service delivery within a reasonable timeframe.
- Formal service suspension for the local area before project commencement.
- Verified duplicate orders caused by system recording errors.
3. Non-Adjustment Circumstances
To maintain fair operation, payment adjustment is generally not applicable for the following common situations:- Customer personal schedule changes or subjective changes to service requirements after order confirmation.
- Unavailable site access or incomplete site preparation caused by customer arrangement.
- Service rescheduling due to extreme weather, local government construction controls or force majeure conditions.
- Orders with partially completed services, site surveys or preliminary on-site arrangements.
- Minor communication dissatisfaction without verified operational errors from our team.
- Property structural issues, personal health conditions or subsequent customer decoration plans.
4. Fund Processing & Arrival Timeframe
For all successfully verified eligible applications:- Review results and official approval will be completed within 5 working days.
- Funds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Standard arrival timeframe is 5 to 14 calendar days, subject to standard financial institution processing cycles.
5. Order Rescheduling Rules
We support reasonable service rescheduling for customer convenience. Free rescheduling requests are accepted when submitted at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed service date. Late rescheduling requests will be reviewed case-by-case. Frequent repeated adjustments may require further review to ensure reasonable resource arrangement.6. Policy Guidelines & Limitations
- All service arrangements are governed by official written policy clauses, to ensure consistent and fair processing for all customers.
- We provide payment adjustments only for verified eligible scenarios, in accordance with standard industry practices.
- Site environment risks, third-party disputes and personal physical conditions are not included in payment adjustment liabilities.
- Long-term inactive unconfirmed orders may be archived for reasonable data management.
- We are not responsible for third-party financial system processing delays.
7. Policy Updates & Customer Support
We reserve the right to update this policy to maintain compliance with industry standards. Revised terms take effect immediately after publication. All policy-related enquiries will be reviewed and replied to within 14 calendar days.8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Cancellation & Refund Policy and all related contractual relationships shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Should any dispute arise regarding cancellation, refund or policy interpretation, both parties shall attempt good-faith amicable negotiation for up to 30 calendar days following formal written notification.
If mutual agreement cannot be reached, unresolved disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
