Terms and Conditions of Service
These terms are effective immediately upon publication.
1. Scope of Services
We provide professional plastering, external wall rendering, and dry lining installation services for residential and commercial properties. All services are delivered in line with the descriptions provided on our website and confirmed written quotations.2. Booking and Order Policy
Service bookings are confirmed via written or digital agreement. Customers may submit booking requests at any time, and we will respond to all booking inquiries within 24 calendar days. Booking modifications must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.3. Post-Order Manual Review Rules
All submitted online orders will go through internal manual review after customer submission. Our administrative team completes order verification within 3 working days upon receipt of order data. During the review period, we may contact customers to confirm site details, property condition and appointment time. Orders failing information verification can be suspended pending supplementary customer information, and customers need to supplement required details within 7 calendar days; unupdated orders will be automatically archived after the expiry of the time limit.4. Site Survey and Quotation
On-site property surveys are available for all customers upon request. Survey appointments are scheduled within 7 calendar days of request. Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the issue date and are based on the property conditions observed during the survey.5. Service Execution
Our team will complete services in accordance with the agreed timeline and scope. Service delays caused by unforeseen site conditions or customer-provided access restrictions will be adjusted with a new timeline communicated to the customer within 3 business days.6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide clear site access, remove personal items from work areas, and inform us of any known property structural concerns before service commencement. Failure to meet these requirements may result in service rescheduling.7. Disclaimer Provisions
- Construction raw materials including gypsum, cement and mineral fillers may generate construction dust and alkaline substances; people susceptible to skin or respiratory allergies shall avoid long-time stay on construction site during working hours, and related physical discomfort arising from personal allergy constitution is outside our service liability scope.
- We keep construction files for 12 months after project finish only for workmanship inspection application; file preservation does not include extra repairing work or cost coverage for later damage caused by original building structure defects, owner’s later modification, natural disaster or artificial destruction.
- Uncontrollable adverse weather and local official construction management restrictions may lead to construction postponement, and we only adjust construction schedule without additional associated arrangement commitments.
8. Records and Documentation
All service records, agreements, and documentation are stored securely for a maximum of 12 months after service completion. Physical and digital records are disposed of securely once the retention period ends.9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms of service at our discretion. Revised terms will be posted on this page and take effect immediately without prior notice.10. Contact and Queries
Any questions regarding these service terms may be submitted to our team via the contact details provided below, and we will respond within 14 calendar days of receipt.11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms and all contractual arrangements between the Company and the Customer shall be governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
Should any disagreement, claim or dispute arise out of or in connection with service provision, quotation or these contractual terms, both parties shall first seek good-faith amicable negotiation to settle the matter within 30 calendar days from the date one party puts forward the written dispute notice.
If friendly settlement cannot be achieved after the above negotiation period, any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
