- Internal access platform/scaffold: cost calculated on site
- Decorative waste disposal: £80–£150 per load
- Specialised decorative material delivery: £25–£50 per shipment
- On-site waste storage permit: actual cost.
Payment regulation:
Small single feature wall: full payment post completion; medium multi-room decorative fit-out: 25% upfront deposit; large heritage restoration project: phased payment agreed in contract.
