Our external rendering range covers traditional sand-cement render, silicone/acrylic flexible render, monocouche one-coat render and external wall insulation (EWI) installation, alongside exterior crack repair and partial facade refresh.
Preliminary reference unit prices:
- Traditional sand-cement render: £45–£65 per m²
- Silicone & acrylic render finish: £65–£85 per m²
- Monocouche single-coat render: £55–£75 per m²
- Full EWI external insulation system: £85–£120 per m²
Optional extra cost list:
- Elevated scaffold hire: price assessed on building height and site access
- Exterior rubbish removal: £80–£150 per clearance
- Bulk material drop-off fee: £25–£50 per delivery
- Road closure/parking permit: actual cost reimbursement.
Payment terms follow unified rules:
- Small local patch repair: full settlement after completion
- Mid-size full house exterior render: 25% pre-work deposit, remainder paid on finished handover
- Large commercial facade project: split payment schedule fixed within signed service contract.
