- Wall skim coating: £25–£35 per square metre
- Base plasterboard fitting: £30–£45 per square metre
- Full ceiling replacement: bespoke quotation after on-site inspection
- Metal stud partition wall installation: £55–£75 per linear metre
Optional extra supplementary costs will apply where required by site conditions:
- Scaffold rental: price confirmed upon on-site check
- Construction waste clearance: £80–£150 per single clearance
- Raw material delivery charge: £25–£50 per delivery trip
- Local authority parking permit: charged at actual incurred cost.
Standard payment arrangement for all internal plastering jobs:
- Small-sized single-room works: full payment due after construction completion
- Medium multi-room residential projects: 25% deposit before work commencement, outstanding balance settled upon project finish
- Large-scale full-property renovation: staged instalment payment agreed formally via written contract.
